WELCOME TO THE DUMP

PREMIUM
GARBAGE.

Trash Pets live off the remains of the crypto trenches: abandoned roadmaps, dusty allowlists, farmed points, and screenshots that aged like milk.

Every pet begins as a tiny 32×32 drawing. We enlarge each one carefully, so every colorful block stays bright and sharp.

QUESTIONS FROM THE BIN

FAQ.
NO BIG BRAIN REQUIRED.

Start with the short answer. Open a question when you want the clever machinery explained in normal human words.

What are Trash Pets?

Trash Pets are 1,337 tiny pixel creatures raised on leftovers from the crypto trenches. You collect the art, keep the pet in your wallet, and can check any rewards connected to it on this page.

For curious minds: each pet is an NFT. That simply means the public network keeps one shared record of who owns which pet.

Is adopting a pet really free?

Yes. The pet has a price of zero. Your wallet can still ask for a small network fee, like paying a tiny postage stamp to write your adoption into the public record.

Technical name: that network fee is called gas. It goes to the network, not to Trash Pets.

Can I adopt one already?

Not yet. The art and website are ready, but the final launch tools are still being prepared. The orange button will become the official OpenSea link when everything is checked.

Technical detail: the live collection and reward smart-contract addresses are only added after they have been deployed and verified.

How does the 10% and 70/30 split work?

If a later sale pays 10% back to Trash Pets, 70% of that reward is for all pets and 30% goes to the project treasury for future airdrops, community rewards, and development. On a sale of 1 ETH, the full 10% would be 0.10 ETH: 0.07 ETH for pets and 0.03 ETH for the project.

Technical detail: OpenSea sends creator earnings to one reward smart-contract proxy. This release uses a 7,000/3,000 basis-point split, which is computer language for exactly 70/30. The proxy uses UUPS, so the project owner can install a reviewed contract fix later without changing the OpenSea payout address or wiping reward records.

How much does each pet receive?

The 70% pet share is divided equally. Every finished pet number receives the same slice, no matter how rare or expensive the pet looks.

Technical detail: after the final collection size is permanently locked, the smart contract divides the holder share by that number. For Phase I, the planned number is 1,337.

What happens to rewards when a pet is sold?

Rewards that have not been collected stay with the pet. When the pet gets a new owner, that owner controls the pet and its uncollected rewards. If you own many pets, one button fills all their pockets and a second button empties all those pockets into your wallet.

Technical detail: every pet can use an ERC-6551 token-bound account. Think of it as a small backpack owned by the NFT itself. The batch contract checks every pet again, and each backpack can only pay its current NFT owner. Up to 25 pets can be handled in one transaction, so 15 pets need two wallet confirmations in total: one claim and one withdrawal.

What are a wallet, Robinhood Chain, and a smart contract?

Your wallet is your keyring. Robinhood Chain is the shared road where ownership and payments are recorded. A smart contract is a small public robot that follows written rules automatically.

Important: never share your secret recovery words. Trash Pets will never ask for them.

What are ETH and WETH?

ETH is a coin used on the network. WETH is the same kind of value wrapped in a standard digital envelope so apps can handle it more easily. They are kept in separate reward pockets.

Technical detail: ETH is the native coin. WETH is an ERC-20 token. The site only shows WETH controls after the exact approved token address has been safely added.

Does the website keep a private list of everyone?

No. There is no private Trash Pets database of holders. The site reads the shared public record when it needs to show pets or rewards.

Technical detail: the website reads Robinhood Chain through Alchemy, groups requests together, and briefly remembers answers so it does not keep asking the network the same question.

Are the 10% sale rewards guaranteed everywhere?

No. The split can only share money that a marketplace actually sends. Trash Pets plans to switch on OpenSea's enforced creator earnings for the official collection.

Technical detail: enforcement is marketplace-specific. OpenSea and compatible marketplaces can enforce it, but another marketplace may use different rules. Rewards and future sales are never guaranteed.
